White Sage is a plant native to high desert ecosystems and grows prevalently in California. For hundreds of years, White Sage has been considered a sacred, cleansing, purifying, and protective plant. The spirit of the sage plant is released and used to:
- purify and clear lingering negative energies
- cleanse your crystals, yourself or a space
- balance your aura during meditation
*Ritual Tip: burn Palo Santo and a White Sage smudge stick together in a smudge pot each morning to start your day right.
Directions: Light the bundle of White Sage and once its burning gently blow out the flame and allow to smolder.
Carrying the White Sage in your smudge pot, gently swirl the smoldering bundle around any spaces in your house allowing the smoke to get into all corners. Keep windows and doors open.
To cleanse your own aura gently swirl the smoldering White Sage around yourself or someone else from head to toe.
When finished put out the smoldering bundle of white sage by snuffing it out onto the smudge pot.
